Plaintiff has reached settlement in principle with Silkroad Trading. It is engaged in settlement discussions with Super Hardware Factory and Tire Inflation S. Plaintiff asks this Court to rule on its pending motion for a preliminary injunction [30] to assist with settlement. The Court will rule on the preliminary junction motion in the order it was received. Plaintiff and Super Hardware Factory and Tire Inflation S. should try in good faith to settle this case in the meantime. Plaintiff also reports that it is engaged in settlement discussions with the other remaining defendants and anticipates resolving those discussions in the next six weeks. Plaintiff is to file a status report as to settlement negotiations with all remaining defendants on 6/5/26. Mailed notice.
