Kness: By an order 12 dated 3/24/2025, the Court denied Plaintiff's request for a TRO 5 and motion for leave to file certain documents under seal but stayed unsealing until 3/28/2025 to allow Plaintiff the opportunity to consider how it wishes to proceed. Plaintiff has not filed anything further on the docket. Accordingly, the Clerk of Court is directed promptly to unseal the documents at docket entries 2, 7, 8, and 9. As noted in the 3/24/2025 order, the Court permitted Plaintiff to provide notice of these proceedings to Defendants, including service of process under Rule 4(f)(3) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, by sending an e-mail to the e-mail addresses provided for Defendants by third parties hosting their webstores. The Clerk is directed to issue a single original summons to Defendants; Plaintiff must then effect service of that summons on or before 4/7/2025 if it wishes to proceed with this case. An in-person initial status hearing will be set by separate order. Mailed notice. |
