| 03/06/2025 | PAPERLESS ORDER. THIS CAUSE came before the Court upon Plaintiff's Notice of Voluntary Dismissal. [4]. Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 41(a) allows a plaintiff to voluntarily dismiss a claim (1) prior to a defendant's filing of an answer or a motion for summary judgment, or (2) by filing a stipulation of dismissal signed by all parties who have appeared. Fed. R. Civ. P. 41(a)(1). In this case, neither an answer nor a motion for summary judgment has been filed. Accordingly, UPON CONSIDERATION of the Notice [4], the pertinent portions of the record, and being otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the above-styled cause is hereby DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.
