The Court also grants Plaintiff's Motion [24] for leave to conduct limited expedited discovery and electronic service of process as to Defendants Nos. 4 and 5 only. As discussed in open court, however, on or before 7/15/2022, Plaintiff shall: (1) serve Defendants Nos. 7 and 8 or file a motion seeking an extension of time to serve them; and (2) file a status report addressing this Court's personal jurisdiction over Defendants Nos. 4 and 5, as well as the status of settlement discussions as to all other Defendants and any other matter the Plaintiff wishes to bring to the Court's attention.
