Pursuant to 15 U.S.C. § 1117(c)(2), Plaintiff is awarded statutory damages from each of the Defaulting Defendants in the amount of two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000.00) for willful use of counterfeit Crypton Trademarks on products sold through at least the Defendant Internet Stores. This damages award is a reasonable balance between providing some measure of compensation and deterrence, without crossing the line into over-deterrence. Enter Final Judgment Order. The surety bond posted by AM Sullivan Law in the amount of $10,000.00, plus applicable or earned interest, is hereby released to Ann Marie Sullivan, AM Sullivan Law, LLC. The Clerk of Court is directed to return the surety bond previously deposited with the Clerk of the Court to Ann Marie Sullivan, AM Sullivan Law, LLC, 1440 W. Taylor St., #515 Chicago, IL 60607 via certified mail. In addition, the Court granted Plaintiff's Motion to temporarily proceed under the pseudonym, XYZ Corporation. (See R. 16). However, XYZ Corporation is not Plaintiff's true name (see R. 7).
